My journey started in 2006 when I, at age 18, was inevitably drawn to meditation and deep inner work. I attended (and still do) month long meditation retreats with extended periods in silence, spent a lot of time alone in nature and received healing and personal guidance on a regular basis, from various teachers and healers.

After around 7 years of meditation I started meeting this space inside. It occurred more and more often. It was completely incomprehensible for the mind to understand or explain, but a sense of the whole world as I knew it melting away, revealing itself as one sea, as me, as everything and nothing.

It felt like one second of that was worth everything. Over the years a deep longing started to grow within. What if I could share this? What if I could share from this space? To me that felt and still feels like the highest and most beautiful thing I can do in this lifetime. So I started searching for a method, for a form of healing that could allow this to come through.

I followed the voice of my heart, which led me do educations such as Mindfulness MBSR Teacher Training, Availability Coaching and, most importantly, to study Transmutation Therapy for 4 years.

These methods has given me a form to express and share this incomprehensible space, that I know from my own direct experiences. I feel so incredibly lucky, and my heart is celebrating to be allowed to work with and live this ordinary miracle. 

I call it transformative touch. I offer sessions online and in person, both equally strong and deeply healing on all levels of your being.

I have been sharing this for 2 years now and I still get surprised and blown away by the deep effects of this work. It is such an honour and joy to see all these people in front of me flowering and expanding, healing and growing into more and more of their true selves. I am so grateful to be a part of this work, and it is honestly the greatest joy of my life.
